HISTORY

The 32 condos in eight buildings (four condos per building) were built in 1977, and Deschler Inc. (our family corporation) purchased #21 in 1977.
Jack and Rita Yeazel purchased the Condo from Deschler Inc. Oct. 19, 1992.  State Farm Ins. presently insures two automobiles still owned by the corporation.

The present insured value of the total complex is $3,302,400 by State Farm Ins..  The latest Financial Statement can be found (HERE).  The buildings at Lake Arrowhead are protected by the Cherokee Country Fire Dept. and the Lake Arrowhead Volunteer Fire Dept. on premises.
