i use gps12.now not catch the satelite signal.what is the problem?.pls send answer. :cry:

Garmin GPS12? If it hasn't been turned on for a while or if it has been moved a long way it will need to reacquire satellite data. Try putting in a fresh set of batteries and leave it sit in a location with a clear view of the sky for an hour.

Did you get that problem resolved? I happen to have one in a bag in my closet and I am very familiar with it even though I haven't used it in like 12 years or so. It did save my 6 a few times in the Middle East flying around in the desert when my primary nav went down.

Maybe the internal battery is empty after 12 years.
The two parts of the cover are glued together, but if you can open it the battery is easy to replace.
