Hi all,

just joined this site, i get the below error message on my:
5" GPS Europe Car Navigation system Sat Nav IGO 8 - the volume settings are all ok etc

Message: error loading file: /18n/hlp_settingsound.xhtml

can someone please help, as I have tried everywhere else without success, thanks all.

Please click on the Support tab at the portal, search the FAQ for possible troubleshooting or contact our Support Team by opening a trouble ticket. For the latter, please give as much detail as possible, including your software version and Naviextras Toolbox version (if relevant). Sending screenshots and your licence folder (in zipped format, after you received the the automatic confirmation e-mail with your ticket number) also helps us a lot!
