I just updated mapsource to ver. 6.14.1 and there's something wrong with it. How can I get back to the previous version ?

You can get the previous versions here.

http://www.gpsinformation.org/perry/msource/

You might have to run it twice to get it to revert.

I also just noticed that none of the maps show water depth. Go figure. Why did they ever come out with this uppdate

richie,

I saw the same thing because I had the Bluecharts on my 76CSx.

I sent an email to Garmin who did respond and said they would be looking into it.

But I'd say that is a MAJOR bug...... you get charts to use for navigation and it does not show depths ?

Hopefully, they fix it quickly.... but I have lost a good bit of the confidence I had in Garmin after this screw-up.

What really bothers me is when they outright lie to you. You call them and ask them if anyone else has reported this problem and you get " oh no we haven't heard of this before".

It seems to be a patent answer..... maybe they mena that "THEY" personally have not heard of the problem.

In any event.... it brought my opinion of Garmin down several notches.
