It seemed like a simple process but I have messed it up some how. I am uploaded City Navigator 2008 and unlocked it. I am trying to transfer that and Topo 2008 to my 60csx. On the mapsource screen, I get, "There was an error communicating with your device. Please make sure your device is plugged in and turned on." It then states that I may need to restart my device. On the 60csx, it states, "transferring data". I walk away from the PC while mapsource is doing its things when it builds file. I come back 5 hours later and I always get these messages. I checked the maps on the 60csx and they are gone with the exception of the base map. I am using a 2 GB card and my first and original transfer has no problems. I am under the 2 GB size when I am transferring. Thanks.

What version of MapSource (the program not the maps) are you running?

Go to Help > About MapSource ... on your menus to find out.
