For the last couple of days, whenever I try to log in to my Garmin account in order to send a qestion to Product Support, I get a message "The username/password combination is not valid"

Since I have previously been able to log in successfully, I am wondering if anybody else is having any trouble.

I hope I have not been excommunicated for asking too many difficult questions.

I was able to log on just fine, but I recall someone else posting (maybe on POI Factory) that they were having a hard time. If it persists, you might try sending an email to techsupport@garmin.com
