How do I..where can I get instructions to download a route from the Internet to my computer, Save it, and dowload to my unit?

I'm familiar with the general use, creating routes on the software and dowloading to the unit. Saving routes in unit and upload to software.

PS Without getting too technical.

I've looked over past post and couldn't find these answers.

What is the source of the route you wish to download from the internet?

Give us more detailed info, and we shall see how we can help.

We can use some info such as:
1. what website is it that contains the route?
2. what format is that route in?
3. what GPS is that route for?
4. what brand and model of GPS do you have?
