I have the iWAY500C. I purchased it mainly for use when riding my motorcycle. As a previous boat owner I knew Lowrance was good. My problem is I can not see the screen on the 500c when mounted on my bike. Works great inside the car, but not on the bike.

Is there a differnet screen cover ?? or anything anyone knows of that will allow be to see the screen? Thanks FUBAR

What bike? Where is the 500c mounted? You can fashion a carboard cover and make a hood, then tape it down to develop a template. Once you get the right geometry, make it out of something more permanent and use double-sided tape to hold it on.

I use a RAM mount and the only time I have trouble seeing it is when the sun directly hits it and reflects into my eyes. I simply move the 500c around a little and that problem disappears.
