I currently started a new job that covers sales reps. I want a gps that I can program their route into. I looked at the garmin nuevi series but what also told about microsoft streets and maps w/ gps locator as a cheaper option. What is best option? I like the idea of a gps unit but which one is best for the specific route need I have. I really don't need all the bell and whistles. I want to be able to plug the route in and once I hit point a it tells me how to get to point b, then point c, etc. rhanks

Either option will work but you consider what additional mounts you will need to safely use a laptop while driving. The Nuvi will mount on your dashboard with no additional mounts required.

I have my restaurant business and I have given my drivers GPS devices on rent. We have some contract with Magellan RoadMate sales manager and its really work good.

Garmin are also some awesome, but you can always have a look at other options too may be they can solve your issue and also have a look at the mentioned device.
