Build a
"car cruise control"

All off the shelf parts:
Open source.
You easily set speed limit signs as you pass them.
Upload them and "you own em".
From then on, it automatically speeds up or slows down for you.

or just buy a beltronics sti driver radar detector and an LPP (if they run laser). poof! no more leo problems.
