Hello Hello and Happy New Year

I'm New Here

Recently acquired a Multimedia Navigation Looket n5 here is the link to the specifications

The model is the N5
The problem is that it does not like to raise this gps maps.

What Software used to convert maps and GPS to go in order to view this type of gps?
