Hello to everyone,
Bought this unit not long ago, on a recent trip I was in Charleston SC looking for a hotel thru POI search and got choices closest like 150 miles away, same thing happened on other cities, got home and had the idea to reload the sd card with dvd that came with unit, now when I try to look for a POI the program gives a ilegal operation message and after pressing ok restarts, anyone with knowledge of this unit, their web site is down and no way to get any support, I contacted smart2go and they do not give support to end users, any help will be appreciated.
