 Post subject: Roadmate 500 no voice

Hi all,
I have a Roadmate 500. When I turn on the unit, it has no voice. After going into "Diagnotic" and "Audio Test" mode, it will create voice. What's going on? any idea before I send it back to Magellan to repair. Thanks.
