Anyone knows how to port addresses from one roadmate 360 to another? I friend of mine got one with over 100 addresses in their and he just bought a new one, same model Rodmate 360, for his wife and would like to port the addresses he has to her GPS. Thanks!

P.S. I've contacted Magellan and they claim it can't be done! The thing comes with a usb cable that allows for updates, so I'm sure someone would have figured a way to transfer data from 1 unit to the other.

The RoadMate has a file with the user name and the extension of trp which contains the address book. You can copy it to the appropriate folder (DOCS\User1, 2 or 3) in Magellan RoadMate Manager and then save it to the new RoadMate using the RoadMate Manager software. Use the Save at the bottom of the Address Book list to save to the RoadMate. The Save at the top saves to the PC.
