I am a noobie and this is my first post. I am also green at GPS using,except for the basic operation . My question is precceded by the fact that I have the SC 330 , so far is working very well after using it for a year.
here's my question: ( I already called Garmin about this, answer was in the negative) I am looking to see if there is a way to download any third party version of street map/s from Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic? If there is such a thing I would like to know. Can someone help ? Thank you, I would appreciate it very much.

First, this question is totally different from the topic thread and many people who might know the answer will miss it. In the future you might want to start a new thread with a more descriptive title related to your question.

You can only use maps on your Garmin receiver that are specifically created for Garmin receivers. In most cases that means buying maps from Garmin, but there are some 3rd party maps available. A quick Google search would have lead you to this site:
