I was wondering if anyone else has had this problem with their nuvi 265t. I bought one last week, went online to register it and during the registration process it automatically updates the devices software. Once completed I went to use it and discovered there was no longer any audio. Thinking it must be a hardware issue I took it back to the store and got it replaced. Went through the registration process and the same thing happened with the second one. I contacted support and they told me that if the resets didn't work then it would need to be replaced.
Has anyone had similar problems?
