I just bought a Nuvi 680 and after doing the firmware updates and MSN updates, I noticed a icon on the map navigation screen. The icon looks like a cloud with lighting bolts going through it. What the heck is it?

That's a weather warning for your county. If you touch it you'll get very basic details about it.

It's a firmware bug.

Many people have discussed it on POI Factory. Garmin is apparently aware of it and reportedly working on it.
