can i use mapsource us topo maps by garmin to download onto the sd card and use in my lowrance baja 540c?? if not what combo of sd card and map software (for offroad) do you recommend?? thanks in advance. Jim

Mapsource and Garmin maps work only on Garmin devices; the format of the maps is proprietary.

Lowrance has their own map format. Try googling for Lowrance Maps and have a look at the Lowrance section of these forums (link)
